Intercultural Communication Training

Pediatric & Adult Therapy Associates offers instruction to help employees interact more effectively with each together and with clients who have different expectations about how to communicate.

  • Increase positive attitudes toward foreign born professionals
  • Increase awareness of the problems that arise in communicating with people of other cultures
  • Increase awareness of participants’ own American cultural values and assumptions
  • Expose counterproductive stereotypes and prejudices toward people of other cultures
  • Assist in preparing people to better adapt to and be more productive during an overseas work-related experience.

Large group training is available for this course, with twenty participants being the most desirable group size. This workshop is available in both one and two day designs.
